How to translate "to" and "from" in Chinese?
Usually on the envelope of the letter such words as "to" and "from" are written. How to translate these words to Chinese? Are
到 and 给谁 the right variants ?

On the envelope, you can simply do it like this:
收:somebody, somewhere = To: somebody, somewhere
寄:somebody, somewhere = From: somebody, somewhere

It depends on context. 给谁 = to whom, like: "Can you give it to her" then you said: 给谁 in case you don't know her.

到 and 給誰 are the right variants to the word " to" , and you also can use "收" (receive)
從 and 誰給的 are the variants to the word "from" , and you also can use "寄" (send)
