Hey Laura, How are you? I hope you are doing just fine!
These expressions are not different from one another, yet I should say that ''one another'' is a little more formal. I shall provide you an explanation over the usage of these expressions:
each other – one another
1) You use ''each other'' or ''one another'' to show that each member of a group does something to or for the other members. For example, if your friend likes your mother and she likes your friend, then you say that ''They like each other'' or ''They like one another.'' ''Each other'' and ''one another'' are sometimes called ''reciprocal pronouns.''
* ''Each other'' and ''one another'' are usually the direct or indirect object of a verb.
E.g.: ''We help each other a lot.''
E.g.: ''They sent one another gifts from time to time.''
* You can also use them as the object of a preposition.
E.g.: ''They didn't dare to look at one another.''
2) You can form possessives by adding ['s] to ''each other'' and ''one another.''
E.g.: ''I hope that you all enjoy each other's company.''
E.g.: ''Apes spend a great deal of time grooming one another's fur.''
3) There is very little difference in meaning between ''each other'' and ''one another.'' ''One another'' is fairly formal, and many people do not use it at all. Some people prefer to use ''each other'' when they are talking about two people or things, and ''one another'' when they are talking about more than two. However, most people do not make this distinction.
Hope that helps!!!

as I see it...
i use Each other referring to myself with someone else as a friend (~together)
but one another is like ordering or asking for something for the second time
