해야 될 것 같아요-- what does it mean?
해야 될 것 같아요- I know that 것 같다 means 'seems like' or 'I think'
일을 아직 안 했거든요. 그래서 오늘 회사에 가서 해야 될 것 같아요.

하다 = to do
해야 된다/해야 한다 = to have to do
I think I have to go to office and do the job today.
