Some questions about sentences.
May I say “ There is no use regretting the thing has been done.” or“There is no use regretting what has been done.”
Please tell me which one is correct!
In addition, why use the passive voice“has been done” but“has done”?
Thanks!

The second one.
'Has done' is active, not passive, so you would need to use a subject: '...what you have done/what she has done'
