"Som vi har vært inne på" would be rendered "som vi har varit inne på" in Swedish. I'd translate it into English as "as we have been discussing" or "as we've previously mentioned".

I believe, however, that this is written (Bokmål) Norwegian and not Danish. The two are very similar, but there are some noticeable differences. Notably: "har vært" would be "har været" in Danish, "inne" would be "inde", and "vet" would be "ved".
