Actually I think both are correct.
In case you hadn't noticed, the train already left.
In case you didn't notice, the train has left.

"in case you haven't noticed*" or "in case you didn't notice" are both used, but grammatically the first is better to use.

"In case you didn't notice" is correct, but you can also say "in case you hadn't noticed" (past tense).
