Privet Galina, ia magu na gavariu paruski, nie magu na chitaiu kirilitza, hahaha. ok, here's the thing:
Most frequently asked questions in spanish can be the same as in english are, for instance:
What's your name? ¿Cómo te llamas?
Where do you come from? ¿De dónde eres?
How's it going? ¿Cómo va? (note that in spanish we have many many ways to ask how someone is)
How are you? ¿Cómo estás? ¿Que tal? (frequently used this one in Spain) ¿Qué haces?
So going straight to your question, how to ask questions, i would say that normally you'll have to use a question word, like qué, cómo, cuándo, por qué para qué, de dónde, dónde, a dónde, etc. Then you can put a verb and at times followed by a pronoun, albeit pronouns are within the verb conjugation, that means it will be omitted:
If i ask ¿Cómo estás tú? it would sound a bit redundant unless you want to emphasize something, so we just ask ¿Cómo estás?
I guess in many languages that have elaborated verb conjugation like russian, spanish, greek, german, pronouns are normally omitted as they are within the verb.
Hopes this has helped you.
