2-It's been a while I haven't been smooking

If you're going to say that in one sentence, I would say this:
It's been a while since I last smoked.
You could also say this:
I haven't smoked in a while.
Or this:
I haven't been smoking lately.

It's been a while since I last smoked.
Or
It's been a while since the last time that I smoked.
