Yes, that's some other ways to ask for a name.. e.g.: can I have your name please, what should I address you.... as long if your next party understand what you are asking of-course you can use it all

What’s your name...可以是正式或是非正式的，都可以然后在不一样的情况下别人问你叫什么的话当你要回问的时候直接讲and u?或者how about u 然后比较礼貌一些的问可以说may I know your name
