Communication abilities and communication skills, what is the difference? Or are both exchangeable?

Answer

The difference between a ‘skill’ and an ‘ability’ is much less obvious than the difference between ‘knowledge’ and the other two. In very basic terms, abilities are natural or inbuilt whilst skills are learned behaviours. I found this on google.

The words Skill and Ability are synonyms.
You can use etheir one or the other.
