I don't understand this word: "screwed" i read: "I´m worry about products getting screwed up"

"Screwed up" is slang that means something is done incorrectly. So, in your example, the person is worried that the products will be made in the wrong way and will be defective.

It means l guess, that the products are going to get damaged, out of use.
