Is this correct? (Someone says something you don't like, then you reply) "I am uttering no words". N.B. I want it to have an ironic shade, like a fancy and dignified talk.

Hi Vencenzo, It sounds unnatural to say that you are *uttering no words. Perhaps you can also say: "I'm not talking to you", "I'm not going to say anything" or "I have no comment.", depending on how close you are to the person and the formality.

It would be more simple if you say something like "Hmm sorry no comment" depends on how closer you are to that person. Hope that useful ☺️
