I would say it could mean "I want to accompany you / go with you [somewhere]" , or perhaps "I want to spend time with you" - it depends on the context. Because it's slang / idiomatic, it might have particular meanings in particular places.
"To roll with something" generally means "to go along with something", as in "let's roll with it" which means "let's go with it" or "let's do it (and see what happens)".
