Both of them basically mean 'result', but there is a slight difference between the two.
성과 focuses more on what was 'achieved' through a certain action, and
결과 just focuses on the result itself.

성과 (成果) is used for "outcome" when you achieve (accomplish) your goals.
결과 (結果) is used for "result" when the work is done. (opposite of 원인)
