Which sentence is correct? 1. During a few days holiday, I want to visit my grandma. 2. During a few days' holiday, I want to visit my grandma. How to express the meaning of a holiday or holidays which only has/have a few days.

We'd use the word "short" with holiday (or vacation in U.S. English) to express that idea. We also might call it a long weekend if that fit the situation. A couple of examples: 1) I'm going to take a short vacation and visit my grandma. 2) Over the long weekend, I'm going to visit my grandma.
