What does "for now"means? Is it the same meaning as "now" or "till now"?
If someone said "Sorry i am having some big issues, cant talk for now", what does it mean? "I cant talk now" or "till now" or " for a temporary period" ?

Hey Tina, how are you?
''For now'' means the same as ''for the time being'' (''now and for a short time in the future''; ''temporarily''). Below you shall find a set of useful examples for a better understanding:
E.g.: ''I do not want to talk to you for now - I'll let you know when I wish to!''
E.g.: ''That will be enough for now – we'll continue our conversation tomorrow!''
E.g.: ''She may stay with us for now until she finds a place of her own!''
E.g.: ''Would you like some more sugar in your coffee? - Oh, no thanks -That will do for now!''
Hope that helps!!!
Should you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me. I shall be pleased to help.

Sometimes, the meaning of 'now' and the context it is used in changes from country to country!!!! However, as the others have said, 'for now' means that the situation will remain the same for a period of time, but it might change in the future.
