"to be complete" or "to be completed"? Is it correct to use "accommodate" in this context?
Hi friends,
I have 02 questions based on the following.
" I want this job to be complete by 01st September 2019. Can you accommodate our timeline?"
1) Should it be "to be complete" or "to be completed"?
2) Is it correct to use "accommodate" in this context?
Thanks in advance!

1. to be completed
It is a passive voice construction: to be + past participle
2. Accommodate can work.
Other possibilities:
can you work with our timeline?
can you adjust to our timeline?
