HI，Cathy.My personal point of view,i think that spiritual life is better. but 精神生活 maybe also can say the cultural life; the moral life; the inner life. between "emotionally life" and "spiritual life" i'll agree spiritual life.

Isn't 'emotionally' an adv.? Haha! In effect, 'spiritual life' is equivalent to 'religious life'.
