촌극도 이런 촌극이 없구나 = This is a farce beyond imagination. X-도 이런 X-가 없다 is an expression X is a really bad or shameful case of its kind, usually said about something negative. It is a little like "This is the worst case of X" or "This X is over the top", "beyond imagination", etc. 촌극 originally means a short informal play or skit, but it can be used for any comedic scene intended or not.
