I have as many friends as I need.
I have all the friends as I need.

Hi Pelin,
“I have all the friends I need” and “I have as many friends as I need” are correct versions of your third sentence.
The first two sentences are correct.

The first two are fine.
In the last one you need to delete the 'as'.
