Does "M.D." mean Medical Doctor, Medical Degree or neither of them?
Sometimes I see the letters M.D. after the nome of a doctor. I searched about, but some people says it means Medical Doctor and others says it's Medical Degree. Could you help me?
P.S. Sorry about my poor english.

In some countries it is a higher degree, awarded to those already qualified in medicine, for research, in these countries the qualifying degree is Bachelor of Medicine (MB), in some countries it is the qualifying degree
