I think it would mean ‘life of a cat’ .
When we say 인생 , it means ‘whole life of a man’ .
묘생 looks like a word that would come from with that idea.

묘생 is not a common word.
묘(猫) means "cat"
생(生) means "life"
묘생 means "a cat's life"
likewise, 인생 means "a man's life"
인생을 걸다 means "bet one's life "
So, 묘생을 걸다 means "bet cat's life"
