Or I might just say "What are you?"

(Although - when addressing listeners known to be human, it is extremely impolite to ask, "What are you?" in reference to race, ethnicity or national origin. Ex: "You're not white, you're not black, you're not Jewish, you're not Chinese. What are you?"
