"Keep blocking" or "keep it blocked"?
Which one should be used if he wants to say someone to obstruct something?

it would depend on the context.
For a player playing a defensive role in a competitive game of soccer/football/rugby/hockey/ice hockey etc it would be "keep blocking /them/the ball whatever"
For a situation like trying to stop water overflowing with sandbags it would be keep it blocked (the gap)
