It means “there is no necessary/ clear link between.....”
eg. 成功和努力并没有必然的联系
是指两者之间并没有确定的关系

语法上没有问题~
“没有必然的关系”一般用来描述“两者之间不是一定相关联”，that means "A is not neccessarily related to B".
