The sentence is “충분히 오해할 수 있어요.” and was translated as “It’s possible to misunderstand me.”

What does 충분히 mean here?
And how does -을 수 있다 mean “it’s possible”? I thought it only meant “I can”?

-(으)ㄹ 수 있다 = be able to (do), is possible/probable.

These words have broad usages. 
 -(으)ㄹ 수 있다 can mean an ability or possibility depending on the subject and the verb it is paired with.
