The first sentence is in passive voice 
一切都是他的手做的=一切都是（被）他的手做的
The second sentence follows the normal SVO structure
他的手自行完成了一切
Subject and object are the same for these two sentences, but only their location in sentence are different.

1 一切  都  是  他的  手  做的
всё сделано его рукой (руками)

2他的  手  自行  完成了  一切
его рука(ки) сама(ми) всё сделали

一切都是他的手做的  "一切" is subject and this sentence is passive voice, It shoud be 一切都是(被)他的手做的, the verb is 做的。The second sentence is active. 他的手 is subject and 一切 is object，完成 is verb.
