Hi! Do you mean words used only for male/female as in jobs?
Yes, you can say zdravotní bratr, it means male nurse and you can't use it for a female nurse.
This is probably one of rare cases where the word for male/female worker is completely different, because it uses the words brother/sister (bratr/sestra). Usually, we only add a different ending to the male version or the words have the same root at least.
Examples of some male/female words for jobs:
Kuchař/kuchařka - a Cook
Číšník/číšnice - a waiter/waitress
Soudce/soudkyně - a judge
Lékař/lékařka - a doctor
Herec/herečka - an actor/actress
Překladatel/překladatelka - a translator
Spisovatel/spisovatelka - a writer
Policista/policistka - a cop
Učitel/učitelka - a teacher
Prodavač/prodavačka - a shop assistant
This usually applies to other gendered words, not just jobs, for example:
Útočník/útočnice - an attacker
Student/studentka - a student
Zloděj/zlodějka - a Thief
Hope it helped a bit. If this isn't what you were asking for or you want more examples, you can send me a message and I will gladly help you :)
