‘돌려까냐?’라는 말은 영어로 어떻게 표현해요?
I heard this word while watching a celebrity’s instagram live. I looked at the comments, and I saw people pointing out how her saying this word made her seem more friendly and as if she was speaking like a friend. But I don’t understand what it means, can anyone help?

돌려서 말하다 to tell something indirectly 
So it is used when you wanna give someone an advice and you don't wanna to make him feel bad

In the same way, 돌려서 까다 = 돌려까다 can mean someone is bullying or insulting or pointing out indirectly.

There is the other meaning which is possible.
돌려서 ~하다 can mean a goup of people is doing something by having their own turns

So in this case, many ppl are insulting someone by having their own turns
