Yes, of course you can, but need a tiny "repair". These questions are tormenting me (active voice) = I am being tormented by these questions(passive voice). you should add the "being" before the "tormented" due to expressing the continuous tense. and only in this way are you Apparently right.

As Lyn mentions, 'right now' doesn't work. Just say "These questions are tormenting me". Also, it's more natural to add 'really' to emphasize your frustration, as when you make this sort of statement you are somewhat frustrated. "These questions are really tormenting me"

Helo! I would say "These questions are tormenting me". To say "right now" would be repetition because the verb "are" already indicates that it is happening at that time I hope that helps!
