Is this sentence correct?
“I also had lunch late”?
Or it should be: “ I also had late lunch”?

The first one is correct.
If you wanted to use the second sentence, you could say, "I also had a late lunch." The difference is that "late" is adding information to "lunch" in my correction instead of adding information to "had" like in the first sentence (adjective vs. adverb).
