Je suis d’accord avec Camille : “avoir le vertige” !
Par exemple:
- Les chats n’ont pas le vertige
- Julie ne monte pas dans la Tour Eiffel car elle a le vertige.
Voilà ! :) Tout simplement

Bonjour,
En Français on dira aussi souvent qu'une personne qui a peur des hauteurs a le vertige.
"Jean est monté en haut du phare, il avait le vertige."
