which one is the right : "Türkçe konuşamıyorum" or "turkce konusmuyorum" ??

türkçe konuşamıyorum= I can't speak turkish. because you dont know turkish. if you say türkçe konuşmuyorum it means like you know turkish but you dont speak. literally it means "i dont speak turkish"
