Hello Bulent, Neither, I didn't make you sad , nor did I make you feel sad ;) You can use both. "sadness" is a feeling. Attaching the verb"feel" to it , is an emphasize on the emotional process and just "being sad" concentrates on the emotional state itself.

Both are correct. we can either say 'You made me sad' or 'You made me feel sad'. 'Driving makes her tired.' 'Driving makes her feel tired.'
