Today i went to a French company for an interview
introduce myself as below：
My major is mechanical manufacturing and automation ，i work as project engineer and my mainly work is new product development and it is maintenance and continual improvement

it is really a terrible interview ，i can not understand what the France Interviewer say ，too bad a day

Are you asking for a correction of your introduction? You can say:

I majored in mechanical manufacturing and automation. I am a project engineer and mainly work on the development, maintenance and improvement of new products.

Answer

"new product development" it is not a project, "maintenance and continue improvement" it is not a project . These duties belongs to the process engineers or the manufacturing engineers. In your interview, you are telling that you don't have experiences in project. 

Project Engineer required excellent in communication with knowledge at all phrases of mechanical works, co-ordination, liason and scheduling.
