At a chinese banquet, i ate a dish which was duck liver in duck blood soup. What is the name of it in Chinese? *edit - Can you tell me what it translates to in English and Pinyin? ie: what is the English name of the dish, and what is it in pinyin? Thanks in advanceDoes anyone know what it is called in English?*** So no-one knows the name of the dish in English?

Duck in Chinese is“ 鸭”，not “鹅”.
