Si se trata del imperativo, será
"Учи албанский!", "Изучай албанский!"
Si queremos expresar una acción terminada, es decir, que alguien no sólo empiece a estudiar albanés sino que además acabe sabiéndolo, debemos decir
"Выучи албанский!" o "Изучи албанский!"
