it's actually a Bisayan expression. Popular among teenagers used to react on something that is unusual or something that is new...it is used to ask "are you sure?" or "are you certain?".

its a bisaya language... pagsure means.. are you sure? teenager people in bisaya used to say that word as an expression..

could be use either way.its a bisayan slang words means make that or it sure... sometimes it's simply use as a reaction.
