Bonjour
"Je te présente..." means "I present to you..." It is singular
"Je vous présente..." means "I present to both of you..." It is plurial or polite way.

Je te présente (informal or familiar) = I introduce to you.
'te' here indicates that I am introducing to 'you'. Introducing not to him/her/us/them.
Je vous présente (formal or plural) = I introduce to you.

The "te" or "vous" is used to tell wich person you are currently introducing your wife or son to. In "je te presente ma femme", the "te" is the "to you" in "I introduce my wife to you" and the "vous" is the "to you" in "I introduce my son to you"
