Hello in Russia we use approximately the next form of post addresses:

[Postamt Index], г. [city], ул. [street], д. [building number], кв. [flat? number];

Postamt Index - is 6 digits. You can find it on the next page: http://www.e-adres.ru/postcodes/
But if you want, you can message to me what you know about address, then I can to give you the right form.

You may not write Index -- but the letter will go slower.
