I know that , there is a group of muslim people who say this phrase ( Ya Ali medad ) , so I'm just curious to know what does it mean ( MEDAD )? and How can I write this phrase in persian ? ( Ya Ali medad ) ..

The Medad means Help and/or aid. The Muslims specially shias resort to their religious leader Imam Ali (ع) on their work, So they tell this sentence. You can write this sentence in Persian:
یاعلی مدد
