Неудачник (means that a man sucks in everything) лох (informal and slighting) but this word means a stupid guy often, or a retard лузер (informal)

we don't say loser. in russia it means nothing. we usually say where he/she should go.... ) for example: "а не пошёл/пошла бы ты в ж....."
