"Chicks dig the car" = "Girls like the car".
"Chick" is an English slang term for girl or woman.
"Dig" is a slang term for "like".
These words have different dictionary definitions, though.
"Chick" literally means a baby chicken.
"Dig" literally means to burrow or unearth.
