我每天跑步 i think it sounds a little bit unnatural. i don't know grammatically, but it does sound better if you add 都会 or 都要 after 每天. 每 and 都 often appears together. -每当听到国歌响起，他都会激动不已。 -解放军每天早上都会在天安门将国旗升起。 -那首音乐我每每听起来都深受鼓舞，浑身全是力量。（每每 means 每次, every time） i think 都 has the function of strengthening the meaning. 都 itself means all, and 每 means every. so it's like saying every time and all the time.

而且每天我每天跑步 <== 而且 this meaning is the same with "and" ,So if you want to using this sentence,it need another sentence before it. 我每天都要跑步 <== this sentence mean "I need to have a jogging everyday" ,it emphasize "need". So,If you want to say that jogging is your daily job, You may using 我每天跑步 is enough. therefor, the right answer depend on the situation.
