This is syrian colloquial accent , this idiom couldn't be understood by onother arabic speakers. It can be said to perosn who bothers you by his stupidity or frequent silly questions, it is similar to say ( fuck you , go away ), you have misspelled it , it is written like this ( يقطع خملك )
