"Good afternoon/evening" doesn't exist in Korean.

Hmm...as for 좋은 아침입니다, it's rarely used in daily conversation, I'd say. It's something you hear from TV or radio.

We don't tell them in a different way. 

Just one expression will be enough,which is "안녕하세요.", 
but for "good morning", '좋은(good)아침(morning) 입니다' is often used.
