it's no use = hopeless / ineffective
there is no need to = not necessary

This expression means that you´re not getting the results you want.
"It´s no use, this key won´t fit into the lock"
"It´s no use, no matter how hard I try, John will never be convinced."
- There is no need to - (not "it is...")
Means that something is not necessary.
"There is no need to apologize, I know it wasn´t your fault."
"There is no need to change the tires on your car, they are still in good condition."
