to be corrected, it's 'bu neng zhao ji'.
It means there's no short cut, you have to treat it step by step.
'zhao ji' literally translated into English is:
1) worry
2) in a hurry

不能著急 = Don't worry!

"bu neng zhao ji" is 「不能著急」in Chinese characters.
I try to define the difference between「不能著急」and「不要著急」.
「不能著急」is a kind of advice. It means "You should not be worried." It implies "if you get worried, things will get worse or fail."
「不要著急」is a kind of comfort. It means "You might not be worried." It implies "no matter if you get worried or not, things will be all right probably."
