"To be game" is informal and means "to be prepared or willing for smth".
For example:
I'm game for a try.
Is anybody game for some beer?
She's game for anything.

It's slang for someone expressing interest. She is game = she is interested. Is anybody game for some beer = is anybody interested in some beer.
