These are two phrases common in colloquial English.
the meaning is to ask the user to explain the relevance or meaning of their statement.

=所以呢?= suǒ yǐ ne?

"so?" c'est une interrogation direct, c'est à dire"qu'est-ce qu'il y a?" 那么?怎么了?
"so what?" utilisé souvent dans les questions rhétorique. (comme"n'est-ce pas?") 那又如何/那又怎么样?
"what about it" utilisé pour demander d'avis de qqun, c'est à dire"comment tu trouve..." 你觉得怎么样/你觉得如何?
